Meadowlark Hospitality is a local venture by owner Steve Lewis, a Logan Square resident and veteran of the hospitality industry. After a two-year-long complete rehabilitation completed in 2021, the building at California and Palmer avenues in Logan Square is filled with subtle nods to the origins of the 110-year-old building. Resorted antique honeycomb tiled floors, exposed brick walls, and original wood joists pay homage to a bygone era in classic Chicago design.

Concepts Lardon, Union and The Meadowlark quickly established themselves as fixtures in the Logan Square Chicago neighborhood food and beverage scene after opening in 2021 and 2022. Lardon and Union are go-to neighborhood dining destinations in Logan Square and have been awarded Michelin Bib Gourmands, while The Meadowlark is recognized as one of the best bars in Chicago and beyond, and notching #32 on the 50 Bests Bars in North America List.
